Rowan
An AI scheduling assistant that works over email.
Copy Rowan on an email and the meeting gets booked. Rowan checks your calendar, proposes times that work, handles the back and forth with the other side, and puts the event on your calendar. You stay in the thread and out of the scheduling.
Free while Rowan is in early access.
How it works
Connect your calendar
Sign in with Google or Microsoft. Rowan reads your availability so it knows when you can meet.
Copy Rowan in
Add Rowan to the CC line of any thread, or forward one across. Rowan picks it up from there and replies to the other side directly.
Rowan books it
Times get proposed, agreed, and written to your calendar with a Google Meet or Teams link attached. A reschedule updates the same event.
What Rowan does with your calendar
- Reads your existing events to work out when you are free. Rowan needs the start and end times to see that a slot is taken.
- Creates, updates and cancels the events it schedules for you, so moving a meeting updates the invite everyone already holds instead of leaving a stale one behind.
- Reads your calendar settings once, when you sign up, so your timezone and default meeting length are right from the start instead of guessed. Rowan does not change them.
- Asks for nothing beyond that. Rowan has no access to your Gmail or Outlook mailbox, your contacts, or your files. Your calendar data is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to train AI models.
Rowan's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The privacy policy sets out the detail.
